THEORY & Practical

To equip practitioners with practical tools of concentration and awareness that enhance inner clarity, mental balance, and emotional resilience, leading to a state of meditative stillness and self-realization.

Session 1: What Is Meditation?

Understanding the Foundation
Goal: Build clarity on meditation and develop basic breath awareness.

Session 2: Perception & Creative Responding

From Reaction to Response
Goal: Improve self-awareness and conscious responding in daily life.

Session 3: Mindfulness in Movement

Meditation Beyond Sitting
Goal: Integrate mindfulness into everyday actions.

Session 4: Stress Management Through Meditation

Relax, Release & Restore
Goal: Reduce stress and activate the relaxation response.

Session 5: Dealing with Difficult Emotions

Transforming Inner Turbulence
Goal: Learn to observe, accept, and process emotions healthily.

Session 6: Care & Compassion

Healing the Self and Others
Goal: Cultivate compassion, emotional healing, and inner peace.

Attendance Rules:

  • 100 % Attendance Compulsory for Theory Session.
  • 75% Attendance compulsory for Practical Session.
  • Attendance less than 50% – not Eligible for exam. Will have to go for readmission.
  • Will receive Certificate of appreciation for 100% attendance.

Examination & Certification Process:

  • Passing Marks 35 i.e. 60% Minimum
  • After successful clearance of examination, Digital certificate will be issued to the candidate.
Total course marks (A + B  = 60marks )
A. Internal Assessments: 25 Marks
  • Assignment : 15 marks
  • Case studies : 10 marks
B. Final Theory (Online MCQ) : 35 Marks
