200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training Course

This comprehensive offline and online 200 hour yoga teacher training course includes both the theoretical as well as practical aspect of yoga. An ideal Hatha Yoga course for beginners covering the History and Philosophy of Yoga, introduction to Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras including asanas, pranayamas, meditation as well as human anatomy and physiology for better understanding of the postures and their underlying effects on the human body. Through this 200 hour Yoga Alliance certification an individual is eligible to start his/her own yoga start up full time or part time or teach globally as an online yoga instructor as well as offline.

  • 100 % Attendance Compulsory.
  • Passing Marks 120 i.e. 60% Minimum
  • After successful clearance of examination, Digital certificate will be issued to the candidate.
Total course marks (A + B + C + D = 200marks )
A. Internal Assessments: 20 marks ( Discipline and attendance)
B. Final Theory (Online MCQ) : 70 marks
C. Internal Practical Exam: 20 marks (Practical) + 10 marks (Case study)
D. Final Practical Assessment (By External Examiner): 80 marks
Please note:
In case if the student fails in the examination,he/she has to reappear for the examination by paying a fee of 3,500/- and exams will be held after one month from the date of result declared.
