This comprehensive offline and online 500 hour yoga teacher training course includes both the theoretical as well as practical aspect of yoga. An ideal Hatha Yoga course for beginners covering the History and Philosophy of Yoga, introduction to Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras including asanas, pranayamas, meditation as well as human anatomy and physiology for better understanding of the postures and their underlying effects on the human body. Through this 500 hour Yoga Alliance certification an individual is eligible to start his/her own yoga start up full time or part time or teach globally as an online yoga instructor.

  • Attendance less than 50% – not Eligible for exam. Will have to go for readmission.

Examination & Certification Process:

  • Passing Marks 120 i.e. 60% Minimum
  • After successful clearance of examination, Digital certificate will be issued to the candidate.
  • Note: Incase you fail to appear in the final exam there will be an exam re-appearing fee of Rs 3500/- and you will be allowed to sit in the exam in the next available slot. One should provide the valid reason via email and in case of medical emergency one must provide a medical certificate.

Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be eligible to:
