200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training Course
This comprehensive offline and online 200 hour yoga teacher training course includes both the theoretical as well as practical aspect of yoga. An ideal Hatha Yoga course for beginners covering the History and Philosophy of Yoga, introduction to Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras including asanas, pranayamas, meditation as well as human anatomy and physiology for better understanding of the postures and their underlying effects on the human body. Through this 200 hour Yoga Alliance certification an individual is eligible to start his/her own yoga start up full time or part time or teach globally as an online yoga instructor as well as offline.

Examination & Certification Process:
- Passing Marks 120 i.e. 60% Minimum
- After successful clearance of examination, Digital certificate will be issued to the candidate.
- Class Performance: 10 marks
- Assessment Week: 20 marks
- Internal Practical Assessment: 30 marks
- Internal Viva theory questions : 20 marks
- Case studies : 20 marks
